The Enhanced Rider Scheme (ERS) was developed by the DVSA to bridge the gap between the Module 2 DAS riding standard and becoming an Advanced Rider.

Many students need a more detailed understanding of The System, before heading out to a Advanced Institute such as IAM (Institute of Advanced Motorists or RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents). Training with a volunteer from IAM or RoSPA may be pitched at a higher level, with an emphasis on speed rather than skill. ERS allows riders to learn with professional trainers, who can pitch training to individual rider needs, rather than a, “one size fits all” method.

These diagrams cover Vision and Planning, Positioning, Speed and Responsive Gears, Overtaking and Cornering. Ideal for any post-test or Advanced Trainer.

Slow Control and Developing the Correct Rider Attitude are not included.

Testimonials

What our customers are saying

Warrant Officer Class 1
"A big thank you! Just a quick email to say a big thank you for the hard work that your team put in. It’s clear that you have a very professional set up and offer first class training, along with outstanding course resources, training literature and support that you offer to all your students.  I have learnt a great deal, in particular from you in regards to delivering well thought out and constructive lessons. I will continue to read and study the course literature to enhance my knowledge in motorcycle training delivery."
Mark Beney Warrant Officer Class 1
"Extremely valuable. Well, where do I start! One year ago I was in the construction industry and 12 months on I have become an Authorised Training Body, even completing the dreaded Cardington two day assessment!  Simon coached and provided further training materials for me to also become a qualified Direct Access Scheme instructor.  I found the training resources extremely valuable to my success, the training content strives to make the motorcycle industry a professional place. I hope you guys really do know how much I appreciate your efforts."

“Exceptional” I am writing this review about my preparation for the 2 day DVSA CBT Assessment that I recently passed with top scores. I knew Cardington was going to be stressful, so my preparation needed to be of the highest standard. When I first started my motorcycle instructor training I was introduced to the MITC training videos. The videos demonstrate the EDIP instruction method when delivering lessons to students. The videos are in-depth and will ensure that when at you are at Cardington, the assessment process is easier.
